Guys, may tanong lang ako about sa mga sayings/qoutes. magkakontra kasi eh.

* "Love is blind"
* "Love is not blind, it sees but it doesn't mind"

Alin ang mas matimbang o mas tama?

walang tama both of them are illogical. kasi when we talk about being blind, it has something to do with the sense of sight. and love, itself doesn't have the sense of sight. only a person can see or wouldn't mind seeing. apparently, love shouldn't dictate your own reasoning

Salamat sa nagsagot. Para sa akin naman, I believe that true Love is blind which means you really love a person regardless of beauty, possessions, intelligence and belief. We can say or we thought that it is wrong or illogical if we analyze it literally. But reading beyond the lines, we realize that it is meaningful.
Ex. "May tainga ang lupa, may pakpak ang balita"
 
Kung literal, How come na mayroong tainga o pakpak eh hindi naman tao o hayop.
Ang ibig sabihin nito ay mag-ingat sa mga tsismis dahil madali itong kumalat.

Analogy lang rin sa love is blind. Ang hindi ko lang alam kung alin ang mas matimbang o mas tama.Sabagay, kanya-kanya naman tayong pananaw about love .

like what i said, "love shouldn't dictate your reasoning" magiging blind lang ang love kapag yung emotions mo ang nag-ooperate. what you are trying to point out here is, love doesn't mind at all. you are trying to tell us that there will always be exemptions and stuff like that.

but then again, it's not the love. tulad ng sinabi ng nasa itaas ko, it's the person. who makes the decision to love? it's the person..do you know why there are people falling in love and then eventually fell out of love? it's because of the idea of love is blind coz they'd say that they didn't see until their eyes were opened. that was kinda funny hey?

that's what poets do to justify love.
