napanaginipan ko kahapon dinala daw ako ng jowa ko sa hws nila
kasama tropa ko at tropa nia..di ko alam na hws pala nila yun tas biglang
nameet ko family nia.. pinakilala ako sa mother ña..

Nag lu lucid dream kase ako e... ha ha ha ha
Nag lu lucid dream para pagkatulog ko, hindi ako managinip ng masama. Ang sabi kase, ang lucid dream daw ay nakakatulong siya sa mga taong laging nananaginip ng masama o nagkakaruon ng nightmare.
...it is like na kapag nanaginip ang iisang tao, connected daw siya sa spirit and soul mo. Halimbawa, may "fear" ka like "fear" na mawala ang syota mo, sa conscious mind mo ay hindi siya nag-aapear pero in subsconscious daw, kapag natulog ka na, mananaginip ka ng masama na related daw sa "fear" mo kaya nagkakaruon ka daw ng "bad dream".
I forgot e pero something ganun ang dating. So before I go to bed, wa ha ha
nagmemeditate muna ako, kahit sa pagtulog ko, gusto ko magka peace of mind, para kapag natulog ako, ayos siya, wala siyang bad dream. Minsan, wala na ako napapanaginipan dahil sa pagmemeditate na yan e... ayos siya kapag kakatapos niyo lang manuod ng horror movie, para hindi niyo mapanaginipan, lucid dream ang pwedeng gawin.

Can you imagine na kahit ayaw mo ng dagat sa panaginip, mananaginip ka pa rin ng dagat talaga. Kinokontrol ko na walang tubig sa panaginip ko, AY SUSME!!! ...nagkakaruon pa din siya ng tubig sa panaginip ko at worst scenario, naging dagat pa. Ayon! Lumubog kami dalawa ni Jet Lee. Isa lang ang naging "successful ko" sa pagkontrol ko sa panaginip ko at walang iba kungdi si Jet Lee. Ilan beses ko siya pinagpraktisan para lang mapanaginipan ko ang tao na yun.
Masarap sana pero palpak naman... hayyyy...
Ayoko na mag lucid dream. Ang hirap gawin siyang totoo sa dream mo.
