how do i overcome my bitterness for someone? i had relationship with someone for 6 years she left and tried to come back to me when i was in a relationship with someone. so of course i was loyal to the current one but she left also and now im bitter to her for leaving me? And im mad and bitter

most people bitter do these..

1. have a drinking marathon..

2. go out with friends..

3. start a new relationship..

4. do some things na di mo nagawa nung nsa relationship ka pa..

those are most people do..now i do feel your burden..right now you

want to ask yourself why everybody seems to give up on you and leave you..

a friend once told me.."when someone leaves you that doesn't mean there is something wrong with you..

it just simply means its over..and rather wasting time feeling bad..think of
it as a new episode..

and that life must go on.." well it worked out for me..so i want to share it with you..

i know it will take time..so just take your time to recover..don't rush in..

and learn from it..

^ Lilipas din yan padre, more time sa family, Focus ka sa trabaho mo, labas kasama ng bakarda at sa mga taong di mo na nakakasamuha masyado nong may partner ka pa, out of town at try mo kung gusto mo lang ah punta ka ng adoration chapel (effective kasi yan sa akin dati!). Sa aking non 15mins siguro na prayers at pagpasalamat na buhay pa ko, na may time pa ko na itama ang mga pagkakamali ko at bagoin ang buhay ko. After nong prayers Tinitingnan ko mga tao sa loob inisip ko kung kung ganun ba talaga ka laki problema ko or mas malaki ang sa kanila.

Magpakatatag ka lang malalampasan mo rin yan.

Sa lahat ng nagreply salamat sa inyo. Sorry ngayun lang ako nag pa thank you busy kasi sa work. Hirap buhay dito sa states ngayon.. ang hirap maghanap ng trabaho.. Pero time will heal the wounds and also going out with family and friends. Try ko rin pumunta sa adoration chapel hindi ko alam kasi kung saan meron n un eh.

mag liwaliw ka muna and stop thinking about her or stop stalking her ( looking at her pictures, facebook, going to places you two went together, etc)

try having a new haircut, buy new stuffs, hang out with friends, travel, or donate blood nakatulong ka pa xD

basta the key is time and never be alone para di mo siya maisip para masmabilis maka move on =)
