Because of the uncertainty and we feel we may lose our "freedom" to do things that we used to do before being in a committed relationship. Also, it's not always about relationships. Sometimes we are already committed to do a certain task or attend a social function, placing restrictions on the other things that we had wanted to do because we have to make time and effort to the said committment. This is like wanting to have your cake and eat it, too. We have to make certain adjustments in our lives. It's hard when you see being committed as more of a burden on your life because it will show and the other person will feel it (your resentment, lack of enthusiasm, etc.) eventually.

i don't want to be hurt again.. i know thats imposible na hindi ako masaktan ule? pero i dont know, its just that ayoko muna na relasyon, ayoko din makipagdate.. i know it may sound bitter. oo na! bitter pa ako! haha as for now enjoy muna ang pagiging single..take note 2yrs ko na sha ineenjoy! hehe

i will never be afraid of any commitments..maybe iba lang pananaw ko sa commitment..
it does not mean that you dont have freedom..it simple means that you wanted to share the same interest..
and perhaps freedom with someone else..ang hirap kasi kapag masyadong niroromanticize ng isang tao ang isang bagay..
