Slimming pills like Zhen De Shou, Ballerina, and other Chinese slimming pills are proved to have a small percentage of shabu, that’s why those pills can suppress your hunger and make you thin. If you want to risk your health in exchange for being thin then you’re making a big mistake.  I also do not recommend Orlestat for your slimming pills because it can harm your intestines making your health in danger.

Tea and other herbal slimming teas are of little help and none at all. Why? Medically speaking, how can you get thin just by drinking tea? It doesn’t make sense.

The best and safest way for you to get thin is to exercise, there is no substitution. If you are still am skeptical about the slimming pills then by all means take them, but speaking as a doctor, you’ll just waste your time with them.

emem! haha makasabat kahit di ako girl! i've been working out in the gym and i get to talk with other girls din, another way is to cut down your carbs intake and eat small frequent meals in a day, basically change your diet but don't starve yourself.

Xenical or Orlestat can make your thin by preventing the absorption of oil in the food so when you take Xenical and you ate a greasy food, you'll feel an oily ooze on your anus so you have to wear a napkin whenever taking it. Do you want grease flowing through your anus?

Fitrum and other slimming teas like slenda are purely marketing scheme to make you spend money on their products and you'll realize you've just spend a lot of money for nothing. I know because my wife took them before and it didn't do anything to her.

Cho romano is right, another right way to do is work out on the gym and take small frequent meals during the day. If your not really a gym going person then you can choose a sport that makes you enjoy like badminton. You can also do walking everyday or any other day. For example, a friend of mine did a walking regimen during sundays. What he would do is he would walk the entire Marikina River Park twice on the evening. Made him lose a lot of pounds during the weekends. It's a great exercise assuming you also control your diet.

Another way is what my mother did before. She would control her diet by eating only fish and veggies and would drink C-Lium. C-Lium is pure fiber and it can aide in removing fats from your body by absorbing fats from your intestines.

Listen no amount of diet or exercise can make you thin if you yourself is not dedicated to making yourself thin. Like any part of life, going thin is hard and you have to accept that fact. Going a shortcut will harm you more than it will help you. Trust me on this. Hard work has no substitute. You're going to have do it, like or not.

sis i tried slimming pills before oo mabilis makapayat pero maraming side effects palpitations, headaches at kung ano ano pa.

kung hinde mo naman sasabayan ng work out panget ang pagkapayat mo.

at pag tumigil ka sa pagtake ng pills tataba ka nanaman ule.

naggym na rin ako and yun nga tiyaga lang talaga atsaka alalay sa pagkain.

pero since yun nga di ka nagpupunta ng gym try mo na lang gawin dyan sa bahay mo magexercise ka Cheesy

Stress helped me lose weight. Not sleeping on time and working too much adding not eating food at night which I think was responsible or stress, who cares. Simple isn't it, oh yeah I'm not a girl. I just dropped by to say Hi!
