Get a choke chain.
Put choke chain on him.
Tell him to do something, if he does not, choke him with choke chain till he passes out.
When he does what you want, pat him on head and give him a treat.
After a while you do not need a choke chain. A big stick will do the trick.
When he does something bad, just yell NO, and beat him with the stick.
After a while, when he does bad, you just have to yell NO, and raise the stick.
When he starts to shake, just from seeing the stick, you know he is fully trained.
