l33t is the same crap used by the same retards who use jejemon.
Back in the day when you while still a twinkle in your daddy's eye.
Before the internet even existed.
There was something called dialup, and something called a BBS.
The purpose of l33t was to get through BBS profanity filters, so you could use dirty works like fuck,shit etc.
I know because I was around on BBS before l33t even had a name.

Now days the only one who uses l33t are script kiddies who just steal scripts off the net so they can pretend to be hackers.
Anyway real hacker or computer geek would not use l33t. On the boards I used to hang out on there would come some wanna be hacker using l33t. We would usually just flame him and torment him, till either he quite returning, actually learned something and stopped using l33t or we just got bored with him and booted him.

I'll respect your opinion about l33t speak but I still disagree that l33t is similar to jejemon since jejemon is so 14m3. I was a Renegade Gamer for 4 straight years and I can say is that my ReneBuddies speak a lot of l33t and I can't say that they are losers because we have a member who is a manager in a computer store, a computer geek, dean, and many more. They speak elite. }
