Your lola sounds very nice and I agree with her 100%
It seems very reasonable that you should not go to the store by yourself since you probably go there just to meet wild men who ride around on motorcycles
Obviously wild men who ride on motorcycles will not amount to much

She could be as bad as my wife's lola (technically a grand aunt).
Fortunately she took a liking to me, probably because I am not wild and do not ride around on motorcycles
She had 3 daughters, whom she forbid to even to date. When I met them they all where like 45+ years old.
Anyway one time my wife had flowers sent to one of her titas for her birthday. This woman is like 50+.
The lola went ballistic asking does she have a BF. Obviously she is lying or where did the flowers come from.

Finally the old woman decided it was time to die. As she was in the hospital she would send her daughters out on useless errands.
Like go get me pancake house at 3am. Then when they would return after going all over manila, she would say it is cold, and threw it in the garbage.
Finally as she was about to die, she called one of her daughters over. She then said "You look like shit. You will never get BF or get married looking like that. You better go take a shower and clean up, you are a mess. No wonder you can not get a BF". Then she died.

I doubt your lola can be as bad as my wife's relatives
