na importante sa iyo, example a very special ring given to you by your mother a long time ago on one certain occasion. Will you give it to your gf? Don't concentrate too much whether she may like it or not (she only knows it), just focus on the seriousness of your intention.
Another idea would be, give her a lampshade handcrafted by you that is customized (color she likes, and everything you have known that she liked) for her. So every night, before she goes to sleep, she will remember you

For our 17th monthsary, I made an audio visual presentation for my girlfriend. I brought my dvd player along with me and I treated her for an early dinner. She found it sweet and I had a good kiss from her.
If you don't have a dvd player, you can bring a laptop with you.

It is nice if your the one who are making the gift. Here's one idea, layout a pic of her, then put some design and then put in there your theme song. Hope she like it.
