most girls say that once you use a tampoon you will never go back to using panty shields.....
that is so true for me.... so comfortable kaya ang tampons..

ive tried this, pagkaubos ko ng isang pack hindi na ko bumili ulet,
masakit sa pepe hehe

lil' sis dito sa amin hindi na uso ang panty liners. we use tampons all the time kasi nga puwede ka mag swimming kahit meron ka. but you should use panty shields if you are not comfortable inserting something into your vagina. BTW it is tampons not tampoons.
